A Word for the Wise T.I. - Shielding on the Move

Art: "Shielded" by Diane Huff

*
The Problem: targeting the body so that Targeted Individual seeks medical care.
*
Directed Energy Attacks on Chest: Individuals targeted by Directed Energy Weapons report that the chest - heart, vena cavas (the main veins delivering blood to the heart) and lungs - is a favorite target. The physical effect of such targeting is severe exhaustion, chest pains, difficulty expanding one’s chest to breathe.
*
Directed Energy Attacks on Lower Back: The lower back (kidneys and L-4 and L-5 lumbar spinal discs) is equally popular among perps directing energy weapons against targeted individuals. The goal: kidney damage and chronic back pain. Keeping a soft blue gel packs secured across the lower spine - especially over the L-4 and L-5 discs. The problem has always been how to keep those gel packs in place when a person is upright (standing, walking, sitting).
*
DEW Attack on Lower Abdomen: Another favorite target is the abdomen. The goal: hernias and/or digestive upset. The only effective shielding is keeping a gel pack secured directly over the belly button, but the same logistical problems are faced by Targeted Individuals who want to shield their backs.
*
DEW ATTACK on Thyroid: Caused hyperthyroidism in at least one T.I.
*
The Goal: 1) causing pain and suffering. 2) discrediting TIs and and forcing TIs into the psychiatric system.
*
When TIs rush to hospital emergency rooms with claims of being attacked by DEWs, they stand a excellent chance of being forcibly committed for psychiatric observation, forced to take drugs at levels well above said drug’s safety limits, and of course being discredited in the eyes of the medical establishment, the police, and the community. No one believes those labeled paranoid schizophrenic.
*
Even if TIs only state, let us say, the concern that they might have had heart attacks or heart episodes, they will be labeled hypochondriacs after blood and/or stress tests reveal no heart disease. The perpetrator’s goal is served well in this case: complaints of hypochondriacs are ignored by the medical community, family and friends. No one believes to or has sympathy for those labeled hypochondriac.
*
The Solution: the most widely used and most effective solution is to place water packs or blue gel packs over the targeted areas.
*
How to Secure Shielding Over Targeted Area
*
Women can hold gel packs in place by wearing high-top girdles. High-top girdles extend upward, covering the abs. Their top edge goes up to the bottom of one's chest. Some shapewear for women: Sears This vendor has women’s sizes up to 4X-Large. To find other vendors, Google “women’s shapewear".
*
Men have options as well. The most common medical reason for men to wear "compression garments" is to reduce the strain that a large gut puts on the back. Another medical reason is belly-button hernia. Some compression garments for men: Veronique. This vendor has men's sizes up to 4X-Large. To find other vendors, Google “men’s compression garments”
*
Water Shielding: For those who prefer water packs to gel packs, water packs in an Ice Vest may be your best bet. Just do not freeze your water packs, (unless the vest makes you too warm).
*
Cold Vests for Men and Women: Cold Vests utilize water-filled Inserts. These are suitable for both men and women. Do not freeze, it will cause hypothermia! Here is one vendor. To find other vendors, Google “cold vests".
*
Blue Gel Packs: Google "hot cold gel paks" and make sure to only purchase gel paks filled with blue gel. One vendor. Do not freeze, it will cause hypothermia!

And may A Word to the Wise T.I. be sufficient.
