Also use the palm of hand, which is thicker, fleshier, than the fingers.

To protect upper teeth use palm of hand to 1) From top to Down - cover entire upper jaw, including lower ocular (eye) bone ridge downwards to cover the mallar and maxilar bones as well as roots of teeth, while at the same time covering 2) from jaw hinge to nasal concha bone (nose ridge). If the very front upper teeth still hurt, use palm of other hand (or shift original hand) to cover the nasal spine, aveolar process and front teeth.

To protect lower teeth use palm of hand to 1) cover mandible (lower jaw) from the hinge/joint towards the front teeth, making sure to cover the entire jaw line, including teeth roots. If the very front lower teeth still hurt, shift hand (or use other hand) to cover the the mental tuberosity, mental protuberance and roots of front teeth.

Stalked, drugged and raped: Is it happening in San Antonio?

Cynthia Vurbeff is moving. Her home, she says, has become a house of horrors.

“I feel that I've lost my mind, lost my life,” Vurbeff said.

Incident reports from law enforcement tell the tale: Numerous break-ins at the address. She suffered vandalism to her car, motorcycle and computer.

Vurbeff believes she was being targeted.

“Everything... They just went through everything,” she said.

But sheriff’s detectives had little to go on, because the vandals -- though often destructive -- stole nothing. Even from her portable safe, drilled into and torn apart, the contents -- the jewelry -- remained untouched.

'He told me ... I would be stalked'

Vurbeff says her troubles didn’t start until she met two men.

One would become her ex-boyfriend; the other was his partner in a San Antonio pain clinic, Dr. John Hall.

Vurbeff said: “The very first time I met him, we went to his house on the Fourth of July, and he told me that because I was already there in his house, that I would be the next victim, that I would be stalked.”

Vurbeff found the doctor’s prophecy to be correct. She suffered months of oddness:

Lights left on. Doors open. Furniture moved. Her clothes dryer disassembled. Her friends said they noticed the strange happenings. They tell the I-Team they even witnessed a gas oven left turned on.

“As soon as you walked in the house, you smelled gas," one friend said. "The whole house smelled of gas. Immediately turned it off, opened up the doors, but that thing doesn't turn on by itself. And it had been running a good length of time."

Another friend said she and Vurbeff were stalked at a mall.

Vurbeff said all these happenings culminated in an assault. The 39-year old believes someone drugged the food in her home and returned later to rape her.

“I know something happened to me, because... a woman knows,” Vurbeff stated.

She filed a report and was briefly hospitalized with signs of sexual assault.

Book about 'gang stalking'

Dr. Hall says what Vurbeff describes is known as “gang stalking.” Indeed, he writes about it in his book, “A New Breed: Satellite Terrorism in America.”

Vurbeff is not alone. Others in San Antonio have contacted the I-Team and described similar types of occurrences.

Linda Johnson says someone poisoned her water supply with heavy metals in northwest San Antonio. Then, there’s the story of the bracelet that went missing, and then reappeared.

Police, she says, have stopped listening to her. And like Vurbeff, she, too, believes she’s been sexually assaulted, although she never filed a police report.

Johnson said: “I've been to doctors many times, and I've been to the rape crisis center, yes."

Many of these so-called victims of what Hall describes as “gang stalking” meet up on the Internet, finding comfort and information from others who say they, too, suffer from electronic stalking, mind control and even rape.

Loosely defined, gang stalking is where organized groups target and harass unwilling victims to the point of paranoia, leaving the victims to deal with skeptical family members and skeptical law enforcement.

“This isn't stalking that's done by former spouse, or former boyfriend or someone you know is disgruntled at you, but stalking that's done by a total stranger in an organized fashion," Dr. Hall said.

And some Internet links take you to the book mentioned earlier, written by Dr. John Hall.

"The book is fact. It's not a book of fiction. What I've wrote about here is an isolated story in San Antonio,” Dr. Hall said.

Dr. Hall says it is a story about himself, and the harassment and rapes his ex-girlfriends allegedly suffered, beginning in 1996. Dr. Hall believes the people behind it are well-organized-operatives, using government satellite technology to terrorize him and other victims.

"All voicing the same complaints: organized stalking, weird, electronic disturbances going on in their homes. Most of the women complain of drugging and sexual assault. It's a big national problem," he said.

Vurbeff bought the book. And what she read she says caused her stomach to turn: Because within the chapters in the story, she found similarities to her own situation.

Vurbeff said: “I pulled out the book and I started reading it, and I'm like, 'Oh my God, that's exactly what's happening to me.'”

I-Team investigates

The account in Hall’s book is chilling, and the I-Team uncovered some truth to his story.

San Antonio police reports indicate there WAS a rape reported in 2007 in the same quad of condos where one of Dr. Hall’s girlfriends supposedly lived. San Antonio police say the condo rape remains under investigation.

And Bexar County detectives say Vurbeff’s assault case remains open as well.

Although there are some interesting connections to Dr. Hall and the book, law enforcement won’t and cannot say whether Dr. Hall is even a person of interest.

The I-Team thought the similarities were striking, and asked him if he was in fact bothering these women.

Dr. Hall responded: “That's actually one of the reasons why I got out of my ex-fiancé’s life: to make sure that they weren't victimizing her to get at me."

Dr. Hall said he’s been targeted by the same groups and even by fellow doctors. He said the Texas Medical Board retaliated against him for uncovering the gang stalking.

The I-Team confirmed one local hospital suspended Dr. Hall’s clinical privileges for 2 months in 2006.

In 2007, the Texas Medical Board ordered two mental evaluations for Dr. Hall. The first came back normal, but a second evaluation found a “probable delusional disorder” and ordered psychiatric treatment.

And in 2008, Hall’s license was suspended for testing positive for cocaine. In the book, he explains the operatives drugged him with cocaine periodically.

Dr. Hall’s medical license has since been reinstated.

"If you look nationwide, almost everyone who complains of this eventually gets sent to a psychiatrist. And the psychiatrists don't look into the technology. They don't do any research into whether or not any of this is possible," Dr. Hall said.

With his book published, the Dr. Hall is taking his message nationally.

He’s appeared on cable TV shows and late-night radio and even has his own radio program in the works.

Dr. Hall said: "There have been several people in my midst obviously that have been victimized. But if you look at it on a larger scale, it is a national problem."

Dr. Hall’s belief is that we all face some sort of terrorism in our lives that is mostly unseen and deadly. He contends criminals are tapping into our government’s surveillance systems to gain access to our lives and minds.

As for the alleged rapes mentioned in the story, no one has been charged. Both San Antonio police and Bexar County Sheriff’s deputies say they continue to investigate.

Axing Anxiety/Ditching Depression with St. John’s Wort

"In Germany, more than fifty percent of depression, anxiety, and sleep disorders are treated with hypericum (St. John's wort)."(1)

There are many reasons to use St. John's Wort. Its active ingredient, Hypericin, has many helpful psychoactive properties and is recommended for the treatment of depression, anxiety, insomnia, and even inflammation.(2)

HOW DOES IT WORK? "Some references suggest that it may act like a SSRI (Selective Serotonin Re-uptake Inhibitor) while others suggest that it acts like a MAOI (monoamine oxidase inhibitor)."(1)

HOW MUCH SHOULD BE TAKEN? "200 to 1000 mg. of 0.3% standardized hypericin perforatum content per day. Start at the lower dosage and work up slowly. Discontinue if there are any apparent side effects. Do not use if you are taking any anti-depressant or anti-psychotic medications without first consulting your physician." (1)

IS IT 100% EFFECTIVE? St. John's Wort may not work for everyone suffering from acurate depression. Additionally, it may work for some people, but may not continue to work in the long term.(3)

WHAT MEDICINES SHOULD IT NOT BE TAKEN WITH? Are there any medications that "warfarin, phenprocoumon, cyclosporin, HIV protease inhibitors, theophylline, digoxin and oral contraceptives resulting in a decrease in concentration or effect of the medicines."(4)

MIGHT THERE BE ANY ADVERSE REACTIONS? "The most commonly reported adverse reactions ... are gastrointestinal symptoms, allergic reactions, dizziness/confusion, tiredness/sedation and dry mouth. The majority of these reactions were generally considered to be mild, moderate or transient."(4)

"Recent data suggest that photosensitivity reactions are dose related, with increased sensitivity associated with higher doses. However, the main body of evidence comes from anecdotal evidence in animals, particularly pale skinned cattle, which apparently gorge on Hypericum perforatum resulting in photosensitivity reactions presenting as severe sun burn."(4)

"Breakthrough bleeding among women taking both SJW and the oral contraceptive pill has been reported. As of December 2001, 7 cases of unplanned pregnancies possibly due to interactions with SJW have been reported through the Yellow Card Scheme in the UK and two cases have been reported in Sweden."(4)

ARE THERE ANY GOVERNMENT WARNINGS? According to the FDA, "St John’s wort may significantly decrease blood concentrations of all of the currently marketed HIV protease inhibitors (PIs) and possibly other drugs (to varying degrees) that are similarly metabolized, including the nonnucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NNRTIs)... "Based on this study and reports in the medical literature, St. John’s wort appears to be an inducer of an important metabolic pathway, cytochrome P450. As many prescription drugs used to treat conditions such as heart disease, depression, seizures, certain cancers or to prevent conditions such as transplant rejection or pregnancy (oral contraceptives) are metabolized via this pathway, health care providers should alert patients about these potential drug interactions to prevent loss of therapeutic effect of any drug metabolized via the cytochrome P450 pathway."(5)

"I am very sorry to inform the group that TI Christine M. in Livermore, California... passed away on November 3, 2009, after a battle with cancer. A minivan had been in front of Peters and it swerved to avoid Wehrle as she crossed against traffic. The minivan blocked Peters view of Wehrle in the roadway as she continued walking from the center lane to the median lane and was struck by the Pontiac.This pedestrian/fatality traffic crash was investigated by a Traffic Homicide Investigator (not to be confused with a homicide investigator). A woman was going through her boyfriend's cell phone to find out who he had been in contact with prior to his suicide. It was a TI who had contacted me in June about targetting. He described what was happening to him first in an email to me. His name was Darin Smith, a member of the Coast Guard. We talked on the phone for about an hour. He was very supportive to me and seemed to be knowledgeable about the technology. He knew what they were doing to him, but he didn't understand why or how they did it, like most of us. He shot himself in the head, while driving, on Aug. 31st. 2006. To any of you who knew him, I am very sorry. His girlfriend, Tiffany, was asking me about this group. I'm still freaking out. He seemed so strong, when I last spoke to him in June. We have to stay tough guys. I'm having a hard time processing this, but I know that this is a supportive group. 10) Darrim Daoud aka Winston Smith (died November 15, 2009) Crawley man found dead by train track named. He was Darrim Daoud, aged 34.

A British Transport Police (BTP) spokesman said: "BTP officers were called to attend the railway line at Balcombe tunnel, near to Parish Lane, Crawley, on Sunday 15 November after receiving reports of a body near the line.

"The incident was reported to police at 2.04pm and was attended by BTP, Sussex Police and paramedics from the local ambulance service.

"Upon attendance officers discovered the body of a man, who appeared to have suffered injuries consistent with being struck by a train.

"I can confirm that the man who died is Darrim Daoud, 34, of Crawley.

"The incident is being treated as non-suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner."

"I have some bad news about a UK TI. I am not sure if you remember a guy writing on the Forum called Winston Smith. Winston was actually called Darrim Daoud. John and I went to see him recently as he wanted to organise the UK Global Protest himself. What we saw was a lovely young man, who was an incredibly organised activist he had a wonderful personality, very down to earth and he did not have a paranoid or suspicious bone in his body. Darrim was in his early thirties of mixed race, English and Iranian, he was angry at being harassed but kept it in perspective, and of course asked the same questions as we do which is "why him?" so he was EH as well as organised stalked, he had what I had, no voices, and the locality of people decided to harass him as in car and property damage. All of course upsetting. This of course put him into the English psychiatric system. He tried to tell his family what was happening and of course it was all denied and that he was imagining it. On the 14th of October we had a successful protest and he was due to join us at Speakers Corner the following Sunday on the 18th. Apparently he was threatened by his perps on his journey back home. Now they must have frightened him as he did a no show and we were concerned for him. so in between we had a few emails until we heard the following from another TI. His Facebook account started to have "obituary" comments left on it. So from the 16th of November it was clear that he had died. To confirm we rang around and eventually got his dad. He will not tell us how he died and we are waiting to hear from his friends who might tell us more. I am gutted that he is dead. John is as well. A totally honest individual, who was determined to "expose" this stuff and he had some great ideas to to do this. An activist already against the Aufghanistan and Iranian wars. So this might well have been why he was a target. Anyway cannot tell you anymore until we do have more information, but John and I might be able to see his dad to give our understanding of what his son was going through. I am dreading to hear what the perps might have done to him accounting for the reason as to why he died. When we met and emailed he seemed upbeat considering and was not at all suicidal. So what happened? Many of his facebook peers are asking the same thing. If I know any more we will let you know of course. 16) Idriss Stelley, OD/EH + killed June 13, 2001) Idriss "E" Stelley, 23, African American 4.0 average student at Healds College, was gunned down, 48 bullets, by SFPD at the Sony Metreon Complex on 6-13-01, while he sat alone in an emptied movie theater, during a "psychiatric intervention". By the time Idriss died, he was extremely ill due to electronic torture, bloated, blotchy skin, and frightened. 17) Johan Heller (OS/EH +HA 2008) -- "A Swedish Mind Control Victim died from a heart attack (we believed that was an artificial heart attack). This bad news was firstly brought to us by Sherry Bell a Ti, one his good friends in USA. and forwarded to us by Monika Stoces. Our friend Johan Heller (Sweden) had passed away last week. He died from a heart attack while he was in the Philippines. Probably this was a result of the abuse of remote technology on his body and mind for several years. He got targeted consciously with electromagnetic weapons in 1999. In 1999 he lost his children and wife as a result of this, nobody believed him this was happening He lost his work being a computer programmer. And he accepted forced antipsychotic medication that strongly damaged his health. This disbelieves and ignorance of what was happening to him, also from his second wife in the Philippines since last year, made him suffer deeply, in fact the disbelieve was the most painfull part of it, as it is to many others. This story once more should tell us all that there is nothing more important than what is happening to us and to thousands of us worldwide. I realize that we have only one life, and that ignoring reality and acting as if nothing happens, it impossible and totally wrong. 19) Kaye Barnes (OS/EH heart attack June 29, 2009). "This past week I received a call from the sister of a TI in Vermont stating that she had passed away. Only a few of you knew Kaye. She didn't attend the conference calls, but she was a steady source of support mentally and financially to FFCHS. She will be missed especially by the lone TI still in Vermont. 20) Kui Griffin (OS/EH, +Suicide-Nov 2002) "Kui was born May 19, 1952 in Oceanside, California. Having a father in the Marine Corps, Kui and her family travled across the nation until settling in Hawaii in 1958. She was a beautiful and kind person, even when she was angry, Kui was kind. She came to have a relationship with Christianity in her early adult life and her beliefs grew stronger each day, even up to her death. Three weeks before her suicide on November 22, 2002, Kui wrote an e-mail message to her sister, saying "God wants us to have lots of joy in our lives and to cry a little". She ended the note with "Lately, I have been crying a lot". Kui developed a headache shortly after midnight on the fatal day. She informed her husband of the headache. Only Kui, her husband, and God knows what transpired between the time she got out of bed to "deal with the headache" and 5:00 a.m. when her husband found her hanging in the garage. Kui was convincedthat the headaches and other unusual somatic sensations were a result of technology the perpetrators were using against her. Her husband grew frustrated and angry with her complaints, even blaming Kui's sister for "the way she is". He did little, if anything to help Kui, other than having an extramarital affair, which complicated my dear sister's fragile mind. Now Kui is at peace. No further attacks by the perps. 26) Nick Jones (born April 10, 1977. Died January 9, 1998) "As far as I can tell, Nick had been a target since birth. His birth was difficult and I hallucinated, being told by some strange people that "my son would be sacrificed." He had many close calls throughout his childhood. Labelled as "gifted," life for him became more and more difficult as he got older. When in his late teens, the similarities between what was happening to him and what was happening to me was too strange to be a coincidence. I believe that he began to do research and discovered what I now know. When he realized that he was a target and that the power behind the assault was too great, he lost all hope.
