A Word to the Wise T.I. - Axing Anxiety with Chanting

CHANTING, especially using V2K-drowning chanting, is both empowering and invigorating. If the perps compromise the words of your chant, just pick another. If they compromise the rhythm of the chant, move on to another. There are thousands of things one can chant, from the single syllable, "Ohmmmm" to multi-worded Hindu or Buddhist sutras, Christian or Muslim prayers, etc. Just make sure that you chant silently; don't ever move your lips or engage your vocal cords (even to whisper the chant). If you do, you will clue the perps to the words and/or rhythm of your chant. If your chant does get compromised from V2K transmissions that change its rhythm or mock its words, then select simply another chant: perhaps a longer one or one with a different number of syllables.

Remember: if your chant comes unbidden to your mind without your having decided, there is a good chance the chanted is being transmitted V2K. When this happens, change your chant immediately and remember not to voice it under your breath again.
Here's hoping that A Word to the Wise T.I. is sufficient.

A Word to the Wise T.I. - Ditching Depression with 5-HTP

Photo: Griffonia simplicifolia tree

What is 5-HTP? – It is the precursor to serotonin, the neurotransmitter that regulates mood, sleep and pain levels.

Why would I want to take it? – Targeted Individual’s rarely sleep undisturbed by organized multiple stalking or electronic harassment protocols.

What is 5-HTP good for? – It may help with other health issues affected by serotonin deficiency, including nervousness, body tension and stiffness and head cavity discomfort. Supplementing may not only assist with falling asleep faster, but also with increasing the duration of dream states (REM sleep) and of deep slumber.

Where does 5-HTP come from? – When you eat meat or fish, your body takes the amino acid, L-Triptophan, and converts it to 5-HTP. 5-HTP is the precursor to the neurotransmitter serotonin. Serotonin regulates mood, sleep and pain levels. Up to a certain point, the more serotonin your body makes, the better your mood, the quicker and deeper you sleep.

If my body makes 5-HTP, why buy it in a supplement? – Because Targeted Individual’s rarely sleep undisturbed by organized stalkers and electronic harassment protocols.

Are 5 HTP supplements made from animals? – No, 5-HTP is extracted from the seeds of the Griffonia simplicifolia plant.

How much 5-HTP can I take? – Doctors agree that it is generally considered safe and beneficial for many individuals to take as much as 100 mg per day. There are some however, that say higher doses are safe as well, but these are in the minority.

Can I take it forever? – There is a health warning not to take 5-HTP for more than three consecutive months without consulting a health care practitioner. Too much 5-HTP in the diet could potentially result in too much serotonin in the peripheral circulation.

When shouldn't I take 5-HTP? – Here is a partial generic list of some of the conditions for which 5-HTP may be harmful. If you have one of these pre-existing conditions, professional advice may be indicated, especially if prescription medications are also being used.

• Cardiovascular Diseases (high blood pressure, post-stroke, post-heart attack)
• Extremely Elderly Persons
• Parkinson’s Disease, Cancer or Autoimmune Diseases (Scleroderma, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis, Lupus)
• Lung Diseases
• Chronic Alcoholism
• Liver diseases (hepatitis or cirrhosis)
• Parasitic infection
• AIDS
• Anorexia Nervosa
• Low protein Diets
• Allergies (severe)
• Myalgia (persistent pain and weakness of the muscles)
• Peripheral Neuropathy (pain weakness of the muscles)
• Rash or Flushing
• Edema
• Nausea
• Diarrhea
• Sickle cell anemia
• Hemophilia
• Pregnancy
Is there any prescription medicine with which 5-HTP has bad reactions? – Yes. 5-HTP should not be taken if you use the following drugs:

• Anti-depressant drugs
• Monoamine oxidase inhibitors
• Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRI's e.g., Prozac)
• Tricyclic medications
• Weight Loss medications (i.e., dextenfluramine)
• Anti-Parkinson medications (e.g., L-dopa)
• Barbiturates and other tranquilizing drugs
• Antihistamines and cold medications
• Alcoholic beverages
• Intravenous (illegal I.V.) drugs
• Cancer chemotherapy or Antibiotic Medications

The principal reason for not combining 5-htp with these classes of medications is that many of them may also increase serotonin levels or affect other neurotransmitters, but by different biochemical mechanisms. The combination, in some cases, has the potential of acting synergistically to dramatically increase serotonin levels. This combined action could have adverse effects.

Can alcohol and 5-HTP be taken together?
No. Allow at least six hours between use of alcohol and 5 HTP.

Are there any government warnings about 5-HTP?
Yes. And this one isn’t just a scare tactic: lives were lost.

In 1989, a life-threatening condition called eosinophilia-myalgia syndrome (EMS) occurred in many people using L-Triptophan and some died from the condition. All of these people had taken L-Triptophan distributed by a company in Japan. This L-Triptophan was found to contain trace levels of impure ingredients. Since that time, the FDA has limited the availability of L-Triptophan in the U.S. However, the increased use of the Internet has made many dietary supplements available from non-U.S. sources.

The FDA warns: The sale and distribution of L-Triptophan outside of the U.S. does not comply with the regulations of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the safe use of this medication.

Nonetheless, when used intelligently 5-HTP can be a powerful weapon against situational depression caused by OS&EH. So check out 5-HTP because A Word to the Wise T.I. should be sufficient.

A Word to the Wise T.I. - Ditching Depression with Homeopathy

"Joy" by Alceon Jones

Did you know that Flower Essences a.k.a. Homeopathy can be an important part of battling EH (Electronic Harassment) induced depression? Some of the best known manufacturers are Bach, Borion, Highlands, Nature's Way, Nelson and NSI (Nutraceutical Sciences Institute), and are available at health food and herb stores, as well as online (where you can often get them at half price).
*
Below is a list of excellent flower essences for depression. They can be taken singly or mix-and-matched to suit your specific needs. The following descriptions come from A Guide to 38 Remedies.
*
Elm is for “When You are Overwhelmed by Responsibility. Though usually competent and capable, they momentarily lose confidence and become despondent."
*
Gentian is for “When Setbacks Leave You Disheartened and Those Who are Easily Discouraged. They may be progressing well in illness or in the affairs of their daily life, but any small delay or hindrance to progress causes doubt and soon disheartens them. The positive potential of Elm is restoration of one's normal capable personality, and a return to efficiency and self-assurance.”
*
Gorse is for “When You've Given Up. Gorse is for hopelessness; despair. It is for people who have given up the fight. They feel that there is no light at the end of the tunnel and have lost all hope. The positive potential of Gorse is a sense of faith and hope despite current physical or mental problems.”
*
Heather is for “When Your Attempts to Communicate Drive People Away. Heather is for when you are self preoccupied; self concern; talkative. They drive others away with their extreme neediness. They exaggerate their symptoms, or make mountains out of molehills. The positive potential of Heather is the good listener who is generous in helping others, selfless and understanding of other people's problems.
*
Hornbeam is for When the Thought of a Task Leaves You Weary. Hornbeam is for weariness, mental rather than physical; for those who wake up doubting their ability to face the day's work. The positive potential of Hornbeam is certainty of one's strength and ability to face the day's work. A lively mind, vitality, freshness and spontaneity are restored, and life is enjoyable again."
*
Larch is for “When You Expect to Fail - Regularly. Larch is for lack of confidence. It is for people who won't even try because they are sure in advance that they will fail. They suffer from feelings of inferiority. The positive potential of Larch is expressed in people who are determined, capable, with a realistic sense of self-esteem, unworried about failure or success."
*
Mustard is for “When Sudden Depression Comes and Leaves as Suddenly. The positive potential of Mustard is the return of joy, supported by an inner stability and peace, which cannot be shaken or destroyed under good circumstances or bad."
*
Olive is for “those who are Exhausted in Body and Mind after a long period of strain through personal difficulties, and intense period of study or work, a long illness, or nursing someone else for a long time. The positive potential of Olive is restoration of strength, vitality, and interest in life."

Try these and you'll find that A Word to the Wise T.I. was indeed, sufficient.

A Word to the Wise T.I. - Ditching Depression with Frankincense

Photo: Frankincense resin.
You can win the battle against OS&EH induced depression by using a combination of ancient Eastern wisdom and cutting edge Western scientific research.

Frankincense (Boswellia) – Used in India’s Ayurvedic Medicine for over 4,000 years (1) and Traditional Chinese Medicine for more than 2,000, (2) the resin/sap of the Boswellia tree has been integral to the world’s religions for over 5 millennia, (3) but its depression ditching capacity was only scientifically explained (in western terms) last year when a combined US-Israeli bio research team found that incensole acetate, a constituent of frankincense, is a potent anxiolitic (anti-anxiety) and anti-depressive agent. It achieves this by activating TRPV3 channels in the brain, the same neural pathways used by prescription anti-depressants. (4)

Frankincense is easy to buy and use. Here’s the run down:

Frankincense Essential Oil – is usually sold in tiny, highly portable, 0.5 fl oz bottles, available from herb and health food stores, and online. Note: “Perfume Oils”, “Fragrant Oils”, or any "Aromatherapy Oils" that do not specifically say “100% Essential Oils” are not pure and are either adulterated with other ingredients, or are synthetic. (5) Dab behind ears as you would a perfume. Advantages: breathe in this emotion uplifting oil all day. Disadvantages: your workplace may be a “scent-free” environment. Warning: Though toxic to cats, with a little common sense essential oils can be used safely around pets. (6) In general, the following passive diffusers are the safest and cheapest methods for delivering essential oils.

Aromatherapy Pendent – These can be plain for Men (look at the wooden ones at the bottom of this link) and worn or kept in shirt breast pocket. More ornate ones are available for Women. If an open fillegre pendent is used, wear it up high on the neck choker style so it can be as close to the nose as possible. If a closed vial type pendent is used, the length of chain is up to you. Tip: With fillegre styles, make sure reusable felt pads come with it or cut your own from a piece of felt. Dab oil onto felt pad and place inside pendent. Advantages: enjoy the protective powers of frankincense all day. Remove and seal in a Zip-Lock bag when you enter a “scent-free” environment. There are so many styles, so if you don't like those, there are...
Terra Cotta Pendents – made from kiln-fired terra-cotta clay and rock hard yet light weight. The edges are smooth, so you don't have to worry about being scratched. They frequently come with waxed cotton, leather, or cloth neck cords. Tip: Lay the pendant flat and apply one drop of essential oil. Allow the oil time to become completely absorbed into the clay. When the oil is completely absorbed, it is ready to wear. Clasp the pendant around your neck, and you're ready to feel wonderful all day long! Here is another vendor.

Aromatherapy Earrings – perform the same function as the pendent. Advantages: odor has less distance to travel to your nose. Remove and seal in a Zip-Lock bag when you enter a “scent-free” environment.

Tissue or String Diffusion – Place 3-4 drops on tissue or string and hang near you. Advantages: inexpensive. Can be used anywhere. Disadvantages: not very effective. Warning: cats like to play with strings and you don't want your to get this in his mouth.

Mini Terra Cotta Aroma-Stone Diffusers – available online and from herb and health food stores. Add 1 or 2 drops of your favorite essential oil or blend onto the impression. When the terra cotta stone absorbs the oil, hang it near you. Re-scent as needed. Advantages: works in the car or office, place dresser draws, hang on walls.

Bottle Method – Just keep the original diminutive bottle (or put in this kind) with you all day to dab on from, or take whiff from throughout the day. Advantages: can be taken to work and kept closed except when inhaling. Can inhale quickly at desk or in bathroom so as not to offend coworkers or breaking “scent-free zone” rules. Disadvantages: occasional whiffs are less effective than continual inhalation.

Pocket Inhaler – same as with bottle method.

THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT RECOMMENDED! General Warning – active diffusers are not safe around dogs and cats. Most designs are easily knocked over by wagging dog tails or leaping cats. Candle powered models can cause fires. Essential oils are toxic to cats and if knocked over, your cat will try to lick oil off of its fur.

Electric Nebulizer – Fan blows drops into air. Disadvantages: Expensively priced. Uses costly electricity. Warning: Fan spews the oil into the air, essential oils are toxic to cats and if a drop lands on a cat, cat will lick it off and ingest.

Candle DiffuserDisadvantages: a lit candle is a potential fire hazard. You should never leave a room with a lit candle in it, or go to sleep with a candle burning. Also, the jury is still out on whether heat destroys vital molecular structure in the oil. Warning: Especially **NOT** safe around dogs and cats: most designs are easily knocked over by wagging dog tails or leaping cats. Also, when knocked over, your cat may have to lick oil off of its fur.

Frankincense Resin or PowderDisadvantages: The resin nuggets appear uncomfortably similar to certain illicit drugs and there is a high potential of something being planted in with your resin in order to set you up for a police bust. Warning: the charcoal used to burn the resin or powder is a fire hazard.

And may A Word to the Wise T.I. be sufficient.
