A Word to the Wise T.I. - Shielding Teeth

Right click on the above diagram to enlarge it in another browser tab so that you can switch between tabs to identify the bones to which I refer. If that doesn't produce the enlargement, then right click diagram.

Also use the palm of hand, which is thicker, fleshier, than the fingers.

To protect upper teeth use palm of hand to 1) From top to Down - cover entire upper jaw, including lower ocular (eye) bone ridge downwards to cover the mallar and maxilar bones as well as roots of teeth, while at the same time covering 2) from jaw hinge to nasal concha bone (nose ridge). If the very front upper teeth still hurt, use palm of other hand (or shift original hand) to cover the nasal spine, aveolar process and front teeth.

To protect lower teeth use palm of hand to 1) cover mandible (lower jaw) from the hinge/joint towards the front teeth, making sure to cover the entire jaw line, including teeth roots. If the very front lower teeth still hurt, shift hand (or use other hand) to cover the the mental tuberosity, mental protuberance and roots of front teeth.

To effectively protect teeth use silicon baking sheets.

Lower Teeth: I wear a T-shirt to bed, and place a baking sheet underneath the T-shirt lengthwise along my thorax/chest. Then I pull the upper edge up through the neck opening of my T-shirt, until the baking sheet extends upwards far enough to cover the entire bottom half of my face (with its upper edge stopping just below my nostril openings). The pressure of the T-Shirt against the baking sheet keeps it held against my face.

Upper Teeth: To protect my upper teeth, I lay another silicon baking sheet crosswise over the upper portion of my face face, so that the sheet covers everything else on the front and sides of my face: eyes, temples, cheekbones, jaw hinge, nose, leaving only the nostrils exposed.

Here's hoping that A Word to the Wise T.I. is sufficient.

A Word to the Wise T.I. - Ditching Depression with 5-HTP

Photo: Griffonia simplicifolia tree

What is 5-HTP? – It is the precursor to serotonin, the neurotransmitter that regulates mood, sleep and pain levels.

Why would I want to take it? – Targeted Individual’s rarely sleep undisturbed by organized multiple stalking or electronic harassment protocols.

What is 5-HTP good for? – It may help with other health issues affected by serotonin deficiency, including nervousness, body tension and stiffness and head cavity discomfort. Supplementing may not only assist with falling asleep faster, but also with increasing the duration of dream states (REM sleep) and of deep slumber.

Where does 5-HTP come from? – When you eat meat or fish, your body takes the amino acid, L-Triptophan, and converts it to 5-HTP. 5-HTP is the precursor to the neurotransmitter serotonin. Serotonin regulates mood, sleep and pain levels. Up to a certain point, the more serotonin your body makes, the better your mood, the quicker and deeper you sleep.

If my body makes 5-HTP, why buy it in a supplement? – Because Targeted Individual’s rarely sleep undisturbed by organized stalkers and electronic harassment protocols.

Are 5 HTP supplements made from animals? – No, 5-HTP is extracted from the seeds of the Griffonia simplicifolia plant.

How much 5-HTP can I take? – Doctors agree that it is generally considered safe and beneficial for many individuals to take as much as 100 mg per day. There are some however, that say higher doses are safe as well, but these are in the minority.

Can I take it forever? – There is a health warning not to take 5-HTP for more than three consecutive months without consulting a health care practitioner. Too much 5-HTP in the diet could potentially result in too much serotonin in the peripheral circulation.

When shouldn't I take 5-HTP? – Here is a partial generic list of some of the conditions for which 5-HTP may be harmful. If you have one of these pre-existing conditions, professional advice may be indicated, especially if prescription medications are also being used.

• Cardiovascular Diseases (high blood pressure, post-stroke, post-heart attack)
• Extremely Elderly Persons
• Parkinson’s Disease, Cancer or Autoimmune Diseases (Scleroderma, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis, Lupus)
• Lung Diseases
• Chronic Alcoholism
• Liver diseases (hepatitis or cirrhosis)
• Parasitic infection
• AIDS
• Anorexia Nervosa
• Low protein Diets
• Allergies (severe)
• Myalgia (persistent pain and weakness of the muscles)
• Peripheral Neuropathy (pain weakness of the muscles)
• Rash or Flushing
• Edema
• Nausea
• Diarrhea
• Sickle cell anemia
• Hemophilia
• Pregnancy
Is there any prescription medicine with which 5-HTP has bad reactions? – Yes. 5-HTP should not be taken if you use the following drugs:

• Anti-depressant drugs
• Monoamine oxidase inhibitors
• Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRI's e.g., Prozac)
• Tricyclic medications
• Weight Loss medications (i.e., dextenfluramine)
• Anti-Parkinson medications (e.g., L-dopa)
• Barbiturates and other tranquilizing drugs
• Antihistamines and cold medications
• Alcoholic beverages
• Intravenous (illegal I.V.) drugs
• Cancer chemotherapy or Antibiotic Medications

The principal reason for not combining 5-htp with these classes of medications is that many of them may also increase serotonin levels or affect other neurotransmitters, but by different biochemical mechanisms. The combination, in some cases, has the potential of acting synergistically to dramatically increase serotonin levels. This combined action could have adverse effects.

Can alcohol and 5-HTP be taken together?
No. Allow at least six hours between use of alcohol and 5 HTP.

Are there any government warnings about 5-HTP?
Yes. And this one isn’t just a scare tactic: lives were lost.

In 1989, a life-threatening condition called eosinophilia-myalgia syndrome (EMS) occurred in many people using L-Triptophan and some died from the condition. All of these people had taken L-Triptophan distributed by a company in Japan. This L-Triptophan was found to contain trace levels of impure ingredients. Since that time, the FDA has limited the availability of L-Triptophan in the U.S. However, the increased use of the Internet has made many dietary supplements available from non-U.S. sources.

The FDA warns: The sale and distribution of L-Triptophan outside of the U.S. does not comply with the regulations of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the safe use of this medication.

Nonetheless, when used intelligently 5-HTP can be a powerful weapon against situational depression caused by OS&EH. So check out 5-HTP because A Word to the Wise T.I. should be sufficient.

A Word to the Wise T.I. - Ditching Depression with Homeopathy

"Joy" by Alceon Jones

Did you know that Flower Essences a.k.a. Homeopathy can be an important part of battling EH (Electronic Harassment) induced depression? Some of the best known manufacturers are Bach, Borion, Highlands, Nature's Way, Nelson and NSI (Nutraceutical Sciences Institute), and are available at health food and herb stores, as well as online (where you can often get them at half price).
*
Below is a list of excellent flower essences for depression. They can be taken singly or mix-and-matched to suit your specific needs. The following descriptions come from A Guide to 38 Remedies.
*
Elm is for “When You are Overwhelmed by Responsibility. Though usually competent and capable, they momentarily lose confidence and become despondent."
*
Gentian is for “When Setbacks Leave You Disheartened and Those Who are Easily Discouraged. They may be progressing well in illness or in the affairs of their daily life, but any small delay or hindrance to progress causes doubt and soon disheartens them. The positive potential of Elm is restoration of one's normal capable personality, and a return to efficiency and self-assurance.”
*
Gorse is for “When You've Given Up. Gorse is for hopelessness; despair. It is for people who have given up the fight. They feel that there is no light at the end of the tunnel and have lost all hope. The positive potential of Gorse is a sense of faith and hope despite current physical or mental problems.”
*
Heather is for “When Your Attempts to Communicate Drive People Away. Heather is for when you are self preoccupied; self concern; talkative. They drive others away with their extreme neediness. They exaggerate their symptoms, or make mountains out of molehills. The positive potential of Heather is the good listener who is generous in helping others, selfless and understanding of other people's problems.
*
Hornbeam is for When the Thought of a Task Leaves You Weary. Hornbeam is for weariness, mental rather than physical; for those who wake up doubting their ability to face the day's work. The positive potential of Hornbeam is certainty of one's strength and ability to face the day's work. A lively mind, vitality, freshness and spontaneity are restored, and life is enjoyable again."
*
Larch is for “When You Expect to Fail - Regularly. Larch is for lack of confidence. It is for people who won't even try because they are sure in advance that they will fail. They suffer from feelings of inferiority. The positive potential of Larch is expressed in people who are determined, capable, with a realistic sense of self-esteem, unworried about failure or success."
*
Mustard is for “When Sudden Depression Comes and Leaves as Suddenly. The positive potential of Mustard is the return of joy, supported by an inner stability and peace, which cannot be shaken or destroyed under good circumstances or bad."
*
Olive is for “those who are Exhausted in Body and Mind after a long period of strain through personal difficulties, and intense period of study or work, a long illness, or nursing someone else for a long time. The positive potential of Olive is restoration of strength, vitality, and interest in life."

Try these and you'll find that A Word to the Wise T.I. was indeed, sufficient.

A Word for the Wise T.I. - The Fickle Finger of Hate - Targeting the Fingers, Hands, and Arms

Some Targeted Individuals (T.I.s) think they suffer from Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Radial Tunnel Syndrome or Tennis Elbow - three conditions that normally are the result of repetitive injuries like typing or plumbing, or playing tennis or doing karate. Some even go so far as to have surgery to relieve the pain, weakness and numbness in their hands and arms, only to find the problem returns tenfold.

If you are considering surgery, then a little bit of research will reveal that almost 30% of these surgeries result in no improvement at all, or even in a worsening of the condition. And if you are a Targeted Individual, consider the possibility that you will be in that 30%. Think long and hard before you go through the expense and suffering of surgery. Better yet, test to see if your symptoms are due to Electronic Harassment: the judicious targeting of a Directed Energy Weapon to specific points of the body.

But how can you tell if you are a victim of Electronic Harassment or are experiencing a lifestyle medical condition? As with any non-T.I. sufferer, it begins with a TI awakening to pain, numbness and tingling in the fingers, hands, arms, elbows or shoulders, but here's the difference.

Carpal Tunnel symptoms can be mimicked by weapons effects that target the inner side of the wrist, causing the tendon over the nerves to swell and pinch. There are three major nerve pathways along the shoulder and arm that are targeted to produce these results. Look at the above image.

1) Look at the lower arm in the above diagram. Do you see where the RADIAL NERVE comes closest to the surface of the skin at the outer bend (the back) of the elbow, and at the wrist closest to the base of thumb? Targeting those points, as well as any point along the nerves path which runs close to the survace of the outside of the arm, results in the numbing of, and tingling sensations in, the first three fingers, as well as in the weakening of those fingers' grips on objects.

How can you tell if you are experiencing a Weapons Effects vs. a lifestyle activity Symptom? Gently rest the entire palm of your hand along the Radial Nerve's pathway. When you find a hot spot (the specific target site), cover it with shielding material.

2) But, what if your thumb, pointer, and middle fingers are just fine, and the problem is with the ring and pinky fingers? Then take a look at the upper arm in the diagram above. Targeting the ULNA NERVE where it comes closest to the skin, at the bottom of the front facing side of elbow, as well as at the wrist (closest to the pinky), and at the shoulder, all result in the numbing of, and tingling in the ring and pinky fingers. It also causes the grips in thos fingers to weaken.

3) When the MEDIAN NERVE is targeted sudden small flexing (jerking) of the finger joints can occur, as can finger pain. Take a look at the top arm in the above diagram. Learn this nerves' pathway so that you can locate the specific target site.

4) Does your elbow ache whenever you try to straighten your arm? The condition is commonly known as Tennis Elbow. Unfortunately, judicious targeting of the elbow's LATERAL EPICONDYLE (aka L.E.) will create a weapons effect that mimics tennis elbow. How is this possible? Take a close look at the diagram to the right. You can see that the L.E. lies atop the joint, closest to the surface of the arm. Targeting anywhere within the diagram's Area of Pain will cause the Weapons Effect that mimic's natural tennis elbow.

CONFIRMATION - After you've found the confirming hot spots along your arm or hand you'll know where to shield.

Want confirmation that your suffering is due to EH? Then sleep with that arm completely encased (wrapped) in a flexible silicon cookie baking mat/sheet. Usually sold for $9.99, you can get them on sale sometimes at places like Target for only $7.99, and they come in a variety of colors. These sheets. Be sure to cover the entire arm from top and underside of shoulder, down to the fingertips. You will need more than one of these, in order to encase the entire arm, down to and including the fingertips. No space should be uncovered because targeting

Next, you;'ll want cover or surround the effected arm with Rubbermaid rubber mat. Why this brand? Because the company owns its own rubber plantations as well as its the manufacturing plant in Malaysia. Other brands don't use enough rubber, but mix in too much vinyl and other plastics.

The arm, from top of shoulder to fingertips, from front to back, must be encased, with the suction cups facing outward. There must be no gaps in the rubber coverage or the EH will get through and still do harm.

This must be done every night for several days to give the hand's nerves time to recuperate. If the your hand/arm return to normal, then you can be certain that you were targeted by a Directed Energy Weapon (Electronic Harassment)

One hopes this advise is heeded and helps, and that
A Word to the Wise (T.I.) will be sufficient.

A Word for the Wise T.I. - Shielding on the Move

Art: "Shielded" by Diane Huff

*
The Problem: targeting the body so that Targeted Individual seeks medical care.
*
Directed Energy Attacks on Chest: Individuals targeted by Directed Energy Weapons report that the chest - heart, vena cavas (the main veins delivering blood to the heart) and lungs - is a favorite target. The physical effect of such targeting is severe exhaustion, chest pains, difficulty expanding one’s chest to breathe.
*
Directed Energy Attacks on Lower Back: The lower back (kidneys and L-4 and L-5 lumbar spinal discs) is equally popular among perps directing energy weapons against targeted individuals. The goal: kidney damage and chronic back pain. Keeping a soft blue gel packs secured across the lower spine - especially over the L-4 and L-5 discs. The problem has always been how to keep those gel packs in place when a person is upright (standing, walking, sitting).
*
DEW Attack on Lower Abdomen: Another favorite target is the abdomen. The goal: hernias and/or digestive upset. The only effective shielding is keeping a gel pack secured directly over the belly button, but the same logistical problems are faced by Targeted Individuals who want to shield their backs.
*
DEW ATTACK on Thyroid: Caused hyperthyroidism in at least one T.I.
*
The Goal: 1) causing pain and suffering. 2) discrediting TIs and and forcing TIs into the psychiatric system.
*
When TIs rush to hospital emergency rooms with claims of being attacked by DEWs, they stand a excellent chance of being forcibly committed for psychiatric observation, forced to take drugs at levels well above said drug’s safety limits, and of course being discredited in the eyes of the medical establishment, the police, and the community. No one believes those labeled paranoid schizophrenic.
*
Even if TIs only state, let us say, the concern that they might have had heart attacks or heart episodes, they will be labeled hypochondriacs after blood and/or stress tests reveal no heart disease. The perpetrator’s goal is served well in this case: complaints of hypochondriacs are ignored by the medical community, family and friends. No one believes to or has sympathy for those labeled hypochondriac.
*
The Solution: the most widely used and most effective solution is to place water packs or blue gel packs over the targeted areas.
*
How to Secure Shielding Over Targeted Area
*
Women can hold gel packs in place by wearing high-top girdles. High-top girdles extend upward, covering the abs. Their top edge goes up to the bottom of one's chest. Some shapewear for women: Sears This vendor has women’s sizes up to 4X-Large. To find other vendors, Google “women’s shapewear".
*
Men have options as well. The most common medical reason for men to wear "compression garments" is to reduce the strain that a large gut puts on the back. Another medical reason is belly-button hernia. Some compression garments for men: Veronique. This vendor has men's sizes up to 4X-Large. To find other vendors, Google “men’s compression garments”
*
Water Shielding: For those who prefer water packs to gel packs, water packs in an Ice Vest may be your best bet. Just do not freeze your water packs, (unless the vest makes you too warm).
*
Cold Vests for Men and Women: Cold Vests utilize water-filled Inserts. These are suitable for both men and women. Do not freeze, it will cause hypothermia! Here is one vendor. To find other vendors, Google “cold vests".
*
Blue Gel Packs: Google "hot cold gel paks" and make sure to only purchase gel paks filled with blue gel. One vendor. Do not freeze, it will cause hypothermia!
*
And may A Word to the Wise T.I. be sufficient.
