A Word for the Wise T.I. - Eating to Survive & Thrive

TIs need yo do everything possible to improve their health. Good nutrition is essential to combat the stress of community harassment and the ravenous effects of DEW.

Heart attacks, anneurisms, cancer and a host of other medical problems for which doctors find no apparent cause are consequences of prolonged EH (electromagnetic harassment). While shielding as much as possible, and meditating to combat fear, eating healthy will help considerably.

  1. Cruciferous vegetables: broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, bok choy and kale.
  2. Globe artichokes.
  3. Dark greens, such as spinach and romaine lettuce.
  4. Red vegetable as beets, red cabbage, red kal, red onions.
  5. Orange fruit and vegetables like carrots, peaches, nectarines, pumpkin and canteloupe.
  6. Black and red grapes, red or black grape juice, and if you drink alcohol: dark red wines.
  7. Legumes: beans, peas and lentils.
  8. Berries, particularly acai berries and blueberries, and the juices made from them.
  9. Flaxseed.
  10. Garlic, onions, scallions, leeks and chives.
  11. Green tea, regular or decaf.
  12. Tomatoes.
RAW FOODS: Eat as many of these fresh fruits and vegetables raw, so none of the food's beneficial properties are depleted before they are eaten.

CRAVINGS: When EH targets the stomach, creating cravings when one is not really hungry for; when you find yourself obsessing over a particular junk food, the wise TI will find exercise a useful distraction, with the extra benefit of toning muscles, increasing stamina, and improving lung capacity.

So let A Word to the Wise T.I. be sufficient.
