A Word to the Wise T.I. - Ditching Depression with Apple Cider Vinegar

Art: "Apple Blossoms" by D W. Tryon

The Problem: Targeted Individuals (T.I.s) often experience situational depression from prolonged organized stalking and electronic harassment.  With varying degrees of difficulty they struggle to combat harassment-induced listlessness and depression.

Naturally Fermented Raw (unpasteurized) Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar successfully treats mild situational depression. Drunken daily, the following mixture stimulates the liver to rid itself of toxins and help better metabolize proteins during digestion. These proteins are needed to produce adequate levels of the neurotransmitter serotonin, a behavior-regulating chemical that helps us to maintain a feeling of serenity.

2 Tablespoons naturally raw organic unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)
4 ounces Water
2 Tablespoons Honey

Notes: Naturally fermented raw (unpasteurized) unfiltered ACV also aids digestion, neutralizing excess stomach acid. For more about the many health benefits of ACV, read this article.

You can replace the water with cranberry or apple juice.

You can replace the honey with Stevia food supplement.  It is especially sweet, but will  add zero calories.

Special Thanks: to the anonymous activist who shared her many decades of experience and helpful advice on this topic.

So enjoy the revitalizing power of depression ditching apple cider vinegar and may A Word to the Wise T.I. be sufficient.
